If you run a business in Port Vila, Vanuatu, we can help you define,
manage and maintain an IT network to ensure you benefit from the
productivity improvements promised by IT, and we can help you get
over the inevitable hiccups and hurdles that occur from time to time.
We offer a range of IT expertise and decades of IT experience between
our staff, but obviously cannot do everthing IT-related using any IT
hardware or software. Our areas of particular proficiency are as

- General IT consultancy - High-level review of current IT
environment, report on strengths and weaknesses, recommendations for
future improvements. Advice on specific ideas, plans, strategies,
project or technologies where our expertise/knowledge permits.
- Network design - Plan and specify the infrastructure required to
link computers to each other. Includes cabling specification and layout
planning, installation and trouble-shooting of network hardware,
project-management of cabling installation (NB. cabling installation
must be undertaken by third parties).
- IT Trouble-shooting and Advocacy - General IT trouble-shooting,
problem analysis and correction (where expertise and/or knowledge
permits). Investigation of ongoing or intermittent problems, and
resolution recommendations. Project-management of problem-resolution by
third parties (ie. provision of IT expertise on your behalf in
discussions with your IT suppliers).
- Internet access management - Provision of web access, email,
firewall, anti-spam, anti-virus and anti-spyware network services. Can
also include connection control (eg. dialup automation), access
authorisation and logging, and automated statistical analysis. A
bundled package is available, consisting of a server unit and the
aforementioned services custom-configured, to give your designated
internal computers and/or staff controlled and safe access to the
internet. Also provision and management of outsourced and
backup/redundant email systems.
- Website registration & hosting - Registering a domain
(website) name, managing its details and ensuring annual renewal,
providing a webserver to host the website, managing webserver
configuration, technical support for configuration of allied services
(eg. email, anti-spam, redirection, sub-domains, parked domains...)
- Website design - Build and publish a website based on content
management system (CMS) technology, ie. a website that is configured,
edited and managed via web browser. Suits small- to medium-sized
businesses, and enables a business to handle its own updating and
editing through a web browser (no special software required). Wide
range of options, extensions and 'looks' available. Free mock-up/demo
website can be arranged (conditions apply)
- Maintenance - Regular health checks, anti-virus updates,
anti-spyware updates, log scans, capacity (eg. disk-space) checks.
Generally ensuring that what needs to be kept up-to-date is kept
up-to-date and looking out for any potential problems or bottlenecks.
